Bot is online but doesn't respond

1. Check the AI Channel

AI responses only fire in the configured AI channel. Check AI → AI Yapılandırması → AI Kanal.

2. Check enableAI toggle

Go to AI → Temel AI Özellikleri → ensure AI Motoru is on.

3. Check API key

Go to AI → AI Yapılandırması → Ana Provider. Click Bu Slot İçin Test Et. If it fails, the key is invalid/expired.

4. Check runtime logs

Admin → Runtime Logs. Look for recent "AI Cevap Yok" lines — the reason is logged.

Ticket panel button doesn't work

1. Verify panel is not orphaned

If the bot restarts and the panel was deleted from Discord, the button is dead. Re-send the panel.

2. Check permissions

Bot needs View Channel, Send Messages, Manage Channels in the panel's channel and target category.

3. Check ticket max open

If a user already has the max tickets open, the button responds with an error. Set ticketMaxOpen higher or close old tickets.

Slash commands missing

1. Force reregistration

Slash commands register at startup. If they're missing, restart the bot. Global commands take up to 1 hour to propagate; guild commands are instant.

2. Check permissions

Commands respect Discord's Integrations → Bot → Command Permissions. Admins may have disabled them server-wide.

3. Check command overrides

Go to Dashboard → Commands. Individual commands can be disabled or role-restricted.

AI gives weird / hallucinated responses

1. Check the model

Small models (gemma:2b, llama3.1:1b) hallucinate more. Try a larger model or switch to Gemini/Claude.

2. Check the prompt

Go to AI → AI Yapılandırması → Bot Kişiliği. Overly complex personas confuse models.

3. Check the knowledge base

If AI cites wrong info, a .txt file in AI → Dosyalar has outdated content. Edit and retry.

4. Clear FAQ cache

Cached bad answers persist for 48h. Use /clear-faq command.

Dashboard is slow

1. Check server load

Admin → Overview shows CPU/memory. If maxed out, restart the process.

2. Invites page slow

Large servers (> 100 users with invites) may take 1-2s to enrich user data. The page fetches Discord avatars/tags in batch — first load is slow, subsequent fast.

3. Audit log heavy

Audit logs with 1000+ entries render slowly. Filter by event type or date range.

Save bar doesn't save changes

1. Check browser console

Press F12 → Console tab. JavaScript errors stop save flow.

2. Check network tab

Failed POST to /api/guild/.../config? Check response body for error details.

3. Logged in?

If your session expired, the save silently fails. Reload the page — you'll be redirected to /login.
