Errors

Common error messages and what they mean.

AI Errors

"AI provider yapılandırılmamış"

You haven't configured an AI provider for this server. Go to AI → AI Yapılandırması and set up at least the Main slot.

"AI_ERROR"

The AI provider failed (network error, invalid key, quota exceeded, timeout). Check:

API key is correct — use Bağlantıyı Test Et button
Provider has quota remaining
Timeout is sufficient (self-hosted Ollama can be slow — bot uses 4 min timeout)

"IGNORE_MESSAGE_BOT"

The AI decided to ignore the message (too short, just emoji, not a question, etc). Not an error — this is intentional.

"model AI_ERROR döndü"

Primary + fallback + Groq safety net all failed. Check all 3 slots.

Ticket Errors

"Ticket açılamadı: Missing Permissions"

The bot lacks permission to create channels in the configured category. Required: Manage Channels, Manage Roles, View Channel in the category.

"Son panel silinemez"

You tried to delete your only panel. Servers need at least 1 panel — create another first or the system is intentionally stuck.

"Panel limiti doldu"

Free servers can have up to 2 panels, premium 20. Delete unused panels or upgrade.

Template Errors

"Şablon limiti doldu (X/15)"

Free servers: 15 templates max. Premium: 100. Delete unused templates or upgrade.

"Raw JSON parse hatası"

Your custom raw JSON has a syntax error. Check for missing commas, unclosed strings, mismatched brackets.

Permission Errors

"Bu ayar yalnızca süper admin tarafından değiştirilebilir"

Some admin-only settings (AI channel, bot personality, auto-learning) require super admin. Contact the bot owner.

Giveaway Errors

"Çekiliş başlatıldı. Şu özellikler Premium olmadığı için devre dışı bırakıldı"

You configured premium features (form, bonus entries) but the server isn't premium. The giveaway starts without those features.
