Setup

This guide walks you through inviting the bot and performing initial configuration.

1. Invite the bot

Click the Invite link on the landing page. Grant the default permissions — you can adjust them later per-channel.

2. Open the dashboard

Visit /dashboard and log in with Discord. Select your server from the list.

3. Configure AI (optional)

If you want AI-powered responses:

1. Go to AI → AI Yapılandırması
2. Choose your provider (Gemini is recommended for starters — free tier available)
3. Paste your API key (see AI Providers for details)
4. Click Bağlantıyı Test Et to verify

4. Create your first ticket panel

1. Go to Ticket Settings → Panels
2. Click Yeni Panel
3. Set the title, description, and button label
4. Send the panel to a channel

5. Enable features you want

Under AI → Temel AI Özellikleri, toggle the systems you want:

• AI Motoru — Master on/off for AI responses
• Otomatik Öğrenme — Learn from admin replies in tickets
• FAQ Önbelleği — Cache similar question answers for 48h
• Reaksiyon Feedback — ✅/❌ reactions on bot replies
• Ticket AI — AI first-response in ticket channels
