Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Elite Community Bot (the "bot") and its web dashboard (the "dashboard"). The service is provided by the Elite Community Bot management ("Administrator", "we", "us"). By adding the bot to a server, using it in a server where it is present, or signing in to the dashboard, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

The bot is a Discord bot that provides support tickets, AI-assisted answers, moderation, invite tracking, giveaways and similar features. The dashboard is the web interface server administrators use to configure these features.

Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

2. Who can use it

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must be old enough to use Discord in your country (13 in most countries).

3. Responsibilities of server administrators

Administrators who add the bot to their server and configure it in the dashboard are responsible for:

• Informing their members: especially when AI support is enabled, letting members know that messages are sent to an AI provider (for example in a rules channel).
• The AI provider and key: owning the API key entered in the dashboard, following that provider's terms of use, and paying any charges themselves.
• Knowledge base and settings: making sure content added to the AI knowledge base, announcements and bot messages is accurate and lawful.
• Permissions: the bot requests broad permissions (Administrator) when it is added. Restricting which channels it can access and which roles can manage the dashboard is the server administrator's responsibility.
• Their own data: managing content stored in their own Discord channels, such as uploaded ticket transcripts.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the bot or dashboard to:

• Create or spread illegal content, harass others, spam or commit fraud.
• Break Discord's rules or try to access other people's accounts without permission.
• Overload the bot or dashboard, exploit security vulnerabilities, or reverse engineer them.
• Use the AI features to generate content that violates the provider's rules.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to us in our support server instead of exploiting it.

5. About AI answers

• AI answers are generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
• AI answers are not a substitute for professional (legal, financial, medical, etc.) advice.
• For important decisions, ask the server's staff. The AI hands conversations over to staff when needed.
• AI features may stop working when the chosen provider is down or the key is invalid.

6. Premium

• Some features are only available in premium servers.
• Premium may be granted for a set period (30, 90, 180 or 365 days) or with no end date. Premium is currently granted through our support server.
• Payment, pricing and refund terms are provided separately at the time of purchase. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
• When premium expires, the server returns to the free plan and free-plan limits (such as the number of panels and log retention periods) apply.
• Premium may be revoked for serious violations of these terms.

7. Availability

We provide the service "as is" and "as available". The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, or outages at Discord or AI providers. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.

8. Intellectual property

The bot's code, dashboard, design and the "Elite Community" brand belong to us. Content that servers and users put into the bot (knowledge base, messages, settings) belongs to them. We only use that content to provide the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for damages caused by AI answers, server administrators' settings, or third-party services (Discord, AI providers).
• We are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the premium fees, if any, paid to us in the last 12 months.

These limits do not affect rights that the law does not allow to be limited (such as consumer rights).

10. Termination

• Server administrators can remove the bot from their server at any time. That server's data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy (60 days at most).
• We may suspend access for servers or users that violate these terms, without prior notice.
• If we decide to shut down the service entirely, we will announce it in advance in our support server.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in our support server. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory rights that consumers have under the laws of their own country are not affected.
